Wi-Fi modules for handheld measuring devices

Direct Wi-Fi for easy and secure access to handheld measuring devices on the network. MQTT as a future-proof and open IIoT protocol. No Bluetooth. No ANT+. No ZigBee. No problems. Instead, a high-performance, company-wide network offering high quality and extensive coverage.

Wi-Fi gauge

M4 dial gauge radio module with service module attached, mounted on a Mitutoyo dial gauge.

Wi-Fi modules (MQTT or HTTP/WebSocket protocol) for simple and error-free transmission of measurement data. Support for dial gauges with a Digimatic interface or serial data output.

Wi-Fi caliper

Mitutoyo caliper with M5 MQTT Wi-Fi module

Wi-Fi wireless module for calipers. The module is permanently attached to the caliper and enables wireless connections of up to 300 metres. Its compact design allows for unhindered and efficient operation via a direct wireless connection to the Wi-Fi network and MQTT broker.

Wi-Fi micrometer

Wi-Fi module with Li-ion battery. Can be charged in the charging station or using a replaceable battery system. The module is permanently attached to the micrometer.

Software for data acquisition

Our free software for recording measurement data makes it easy to transfer the readings so that they can then be processed on a PC, smartphone or tablet.

Our comprehensive measurement sequence software and test plan management system is designed for professional users to manage large volumes of test plans. A measurement sequence can be designed, edited and simulated using a visual designer. Test plans and results can be synchronised with qs-STAT / Q-DAS.

Gauge lift

The automatic probe lifter expands the range of applications for a dial gauge in situations where manual or purely mechanical lifting is not possible.

Display Lösungen

With our displays designed for industrial use, we offer solutions for specific tasks that cannot be performed using standard monitors. These may include the local display of measurement values or information on operating statuses. The monitors are standalone and do not require a direct connection to a PC for operation.

MQTT Fernbedienung

The universal MQTT remote control enables the sending and receiving of programmable MQTT messages. It can be used both in production environments and for testing scenarios in MQTT trials.

WLAN Universal MQTT Modul

Unser universelles MQTT Modul ermöglicht eine schnelle und einfache Anbindung weiterer Messmittel oder Sensoren per WLAN an die MQTT IoT Welt.

WLAN Infrarot Thermometer

Mit dem WLAN Infrarot Thermometer (PIR Sensor / Pyrometer) können Temperaturwerte gemessen und per WLAN und MQTT an ein nachgelagertes System weitergeben werden. WiFi anstatt Bluetooth für sicher Datenübertragung auch im schwierigen industriellen Umfeld.

WLAN Laser Entfernungsmesser

Der Laser Entfernungsmesser mit WLAN Funkschnittstelle ermöglicht die Datenweitergabe über das MQTT Protokoll direkt in das Internet. Die WLAN Schnittstelle ermöglicht die Funkübertragung der Messwerte auch über große Strecken und unter schwierigen Bedingungen.

Industrie-PC auf Raspberry Basis

Vorhandene Industrierechner haben unseren Ansprüchen nicht genügt. Daher haben wir einen einfachen Rechner auf Raspberry Basis um mehrere WLAN und LAN Schnittstellen erweitert. Maximale Verbindungsmöglichkeiten und langfristige Industrietauglichkeit durch die offene Raspberry Architektur.

Display zur Messwertanzeige

Eigenständiges Farbdisplay zur Anzeige von Messwerten (TFT-LCD).
Die Anzeige kann als externe Anzeige für Messgeräte mit Digimatic-Protokoll oder seriellem Protokoll verwendet werden.

Mini-USB-Display

Probably the smallest PC monitor on the market. Ideal for displaying important information at all times, even when the main monitor is switched off or not available. It connects easily via the USB port.

WLAN / LAN / USB Display

The standalone display is suitable for displaying measurement data or process information. Various interfaces have been implemented to enable the module to be used as a Wi-Fi display, LAN display or USB display.
